Thank you for shopping at SANSENLORA. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent online shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the terms outlined below.


Returns

We do not accept general returns. However, returns are accepted only in cases where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or approved for exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and in its original condition

  • The original SANSENLORA tag must be attached

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange options (subject to availability):

  • Exchange for a different size or colour

  • Exchange for a different item (price difference payable if applicable)

  • Store credit valid for 60 days if an exchange is not possible


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The item is confirmed to be defective or damaged beyond repair

  • The wrong item was delivered and a replacement is not available

  • An order cancellation approved by SANSENLORA before dispatch

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (card, wallet, or other payment-initiated method).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered items

  • Accessories

  • Items without original tags

  • Items showing signs of wear, scent, or damage


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • SANSENLORA is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
